The owner of this peaceful vacation rental, which includes both a cozy cabin and a charming cottage, needed a direct booking website to connect more effectively with potential guests and move away from third-party platforms. I set out to create a digital presence that would reflect the quiet beauty and welcoming atmosphere of the guest experience. I wrote all the website copy, keeping the language approachable, descriptive, and focused on the guest experience. The goal was to convey not just what the properties are, but how staying there feels. With an emphasis on authenticity and comfort, I selected a color palette that complemented the tones of the houses and their wooded setting—calming, but not overly rustic.

I also designed individual logos for each property, creating visual identities that felt both cohesive and distinctive. These elements help guests immediately recognize each space while reinforcing the brand’s overall tone of quiet escape and simplicity. The result is a thoughtfully designed site that invites visitors in from the first glance—and makes it easy for them to book their stay.
